begun with simply a plumbing certification and a dream! I started the business with my partner from our garage connected to our small three-bedroom residence. I had worked for a number of plumbing companies and wasn't thrilled with the way they treated their clients, and I knew it could be done far better.With a great deal of nervousness, I left my safe job and went to work the following Monday in my garage. It was difficult in the beginning and customers were few and far between. Gradually word spread that I always showed up promptly, did good work and charged a competitive price! I really did not have a strategy any more complex than that, but it appeared virtually no one else was doing it this way and quite quickly business began to expand. I moved out of the garage and into our first workshop and was able to cover a lot more territory with 2 more plumbers on my team. Today we have a small team of dedicated specialists and support staff all dedicated to the exact same objective! Deal with the customer right and charge a reasonable rate.
